A Lifetime Of Hope photoshoot is a celebration of life through a complimentary portrait session for:

 * Any individual that has been diagnosed with cancer or completed treatment within the past 12 months
 * If you have a child, or know a child, who suffers from any type of serious illness or life altering disability
 * Any individual that has been diagnosed with any terminal illnesses within the past 6 months

Sessions are available to document the fight before treatment, during treatment or to celebrate the victory when treatment is completed - up to 12 months post-treatment.

Clients participating in a Lifetime Of Hope Session will receive a complimentary photo session, as well as a set of (10) 4x5 prints from the session, as well as (2) low resolution digital files for use on social media sites.  They will also receive a discount on any additional portraits they wish to purchase, although there is absolutely no purchase required at any time.

In addition to your photo session, we will ask you to answer some questions about  yourself (or your child) and the history of your specific situation.

The Fine Print:

* This is a self-refer program, there are no 3rd party affiliations.  I offer these sessions directly through Lifetime Memories Photography.

* A model release will be required to be signed to be kept on file with the photographer.

* An application will be required to filled out and given to the photographer PRIOR to the session. 

* Interview type questions will be asked and answers documented to be included in a blog posting and, if permission is given, in a book publication. See sample questions here.

* 10% of any purchases will be donated to The Breast Cancer Network of WNY.

* If, at any time, we feel there is any fraudulent claims of diagnosis or treatment, you may be required to provide documentation, on company letterhead and signed by the attending physician, indicating there is a presence of disease.  This is ONLY if we feel there may be a fraudulent claim.
